PeraSense

PeraSense is a cloud-based application that lets multi-branch and multi-dealer businesses manage their store operations from a single hub. It digitizes the entire process, from building and scheduling audit forms to conducting audits in the field and reporting on the results.

Nonconformities found during audits can be turned into corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and complaints and tasks can be tracked through to completion. With role-based permissions, a planning calendar, and real-time score and scorecard views, managers get end-to-end visibility. Results can be exported to Excel and PDF.
